Editor: ReadWrite Chinese ( Traditional ) - ReadWrite Chinese ( Traditional ) for Windows Mobile / Pocket PC teaches the 1000 most frequently used Traditional Chinese characters. The program features each character' s meaning, pinyin pronunciations and stroke order illustrations and animations.

The program features:

* Writing stroke order animations for all hanzi
* Over 4000 examples of the use of the kanji included
* Flashcard review and exercises to aid memorization

Both Simplified and Traditional character versions of the program are available.

The program utilizes a Learning List which, at any one time, contains a small subset of the total 1000 characters. Students begin by reviewing the characters in the Learning List and then progress to a number of exercises. If all the exercises are completed correctly for a particular character, it then moves off the learning list and another yet unlearned character replaces it. If a mistake is made in any of the exercises, the character' s scores are reset and all exercises must be repeated.

The program also includes 4000 examples that illustrate the use of each of the character.
